How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy for rackets and shoes?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer a professional restringing service?
Yes, we provide expert restringing services for squash, tennis, and badminton rackets. You can select your preferred string and tension during the checkout process for applicable models.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partners, such as DPD or Royal Mail, to monitor your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, PDHSports ships to many countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
